WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. Some orders please allow process take up to 3-7 business day from the day of purchase. As soon as your order ships you will receive and email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. Shipping will take up to 3-4 business we ship through USPS. International orders take up to 7-15 days after purchase.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
 
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Notice of exchanges must be done within three days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns. If you want to exchange your previously purchased item , we will gladly exchange the product for something else on our website that is of equal or greater value.We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

                                       LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES?                                         
Dazzle Empire Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
